Return policy – MyRom
1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
Under EU rules (distance sales), you may return items within 14 calendar days from the delivery date, without giving any reason.
2. Return exceptions
Returns are not accepted for:

items unsealed that cannot be resold for health/hygiene reasons;

sealed software/media once unsealed;
-
customized/made-to-order products;
-
services already fully provided.
3. Return conditions

The product must be in good condition, clean, with all accessories, manuals and any promotional gifts received.

Use original packaging or an equivalent protective package.

Provide proof of purchase (invoice / order confirmation).
4. Return shipping cost

For withdrawals without a specific defect (legal 14-day right), return shipping is paid by the customer.

If the item arrived damaged/defective or is incorrect, MyRom covers the return cost.
5. How to return (quick steps)

Open a return request (RMA) in My Account → Order history (or e-mail [email protected]).

You’ll receive packing instructions and the return address (our warehouse).

Ship the parcel with your AWB (or with the AWB we provide, if applicable).

On receipt, we perform a technical/quality check.

Refund is processed as below.
6. Refunds

We refund within 14 calendar days from the date you informed us of the withdrawal; we may delay the refund until we receive the goods or proof of shipment.

Refund method: the same payment method used for the order (unless mutually agreed otherwise).

We may deduct a diminished value if the product shows use beyond what is necessary to check its nature and functioning.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges (size/model) are possible subject to stock. If unavailable, we proceed with a refund.
8. Warranty & nonconformity
Products are covered by the legal warranty.
