MyRom is an online store offering household products, appliances, home & garden items, and other goods available in the online catalog.

3. User Rights and Obligations

Users agree to use the website only for lawful purposes.
Content (texts, images, logos) may not be used without prior written consent of RomGrup One SRL.
Creating an account requires providing accurate and up-to-date information.

4. Orders and Delivery

Orders can only be placed online through myrom.ro.
Order confirmation will be sent by e-mail.
Delivery is carried out by courier within 1–3 business days, as detailed on the “Delivery & Shipping” page.

5. Prices and Payments

All prices are displayed in RON and include VAT.
Accepted payment methods: cash on delivery, online card payment, and bank transfer.
RomGrup One SRL reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. Confirmed orders remain valid at the price at which they were placed.

6. Returns and Warranties

Consumers have the right to return products within 14 calendar days of receipt, without providing a reason.
Returned products must be in their original packaging, undamaged, and accompanied by the issued invoice.
